Abstract submission for invited talks and poster presentations

- Abstracts shall be submitted by sending an email to emconf2024@126.com, including your formatted abstract as a .docx file. An example of the abstract can be downloaded here(Word). The abstract should contain the title of the paper, the names of the authors, and affiliations (including the cities and the countries), and the e-mail address of the presenting author. The submitted abstracts should not exceed one page, including references (if any).

- The deadline for submission of abstracts is Sep. 30, 2024. Abstracts received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.

- Abstracts may be submitted for a poster or oral presentation. The type of presentation (poster or oral) will be specified in the invitation letter.

- The submitting author will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance of the abstract soon after the evaluation process is completed.

- Further information about oral presentations (time, date and length) will be provided to authors upon abstract acceptance. Full presentation guidelines will be posted on the conference website later.

- Posters will be displayed in the poster hall. Poster Size: Height: 1.2 meters, Width: 0.8 meters

- Please note that at least one presenting author (presenter) of each abstract should register for the conference. Abstracts submitted without any corresponding presenter registration will be withdrawn. Each presenter may present only one abstract.
