Registration Information Collection:

For participants from China: Registration requires recording your name, email address, employer, and tax ID needed for reimbursement.

For participants from Japan or Korea: Due to the need to issue an invitation letter, more information needs to be collected, including: name, nationality, gender, date of birth, affiliation, academic title, start date of visit, end date of visit, passport number, place of visa Issuance, and a copy of passport front page (PDF/JPG).

Registration fee includes:

>Welcome reception (Oct. 25)

>Admission to all social programs

>banquet (Oct. 25, 27 and 28), and abstract book.

Special note: International/domestic transportation and accommodation are not included in the registration fee. And the organization committee will provide assistance for hotel reservation upon request.
